Overview

1. Business Strategy Planning and Execution

  • Formulate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to ensure the achievement of revenue and profit targets set by the Board of Management for the Branch.
  • Conduct market analysis, evaluate development trends in the metal welding and cutting industry, identify business opportunities, and formulate appropriate customer development strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the branch's business performance; propose solutions to increase sales, market share, and competitive advantages.
  • Manage sales budgets, ensure investment efficiency, and optimize resources.

2. Sales Team Management and Development

  • Establish organizational structure, allocate sales territories, assign accounts, and set appropriate sales targets for the Sales Engineer team.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop the sales team towards professionalism, high performance, and sustainability.
  • Establish a KPI system, evaluate performance, and design incentive/motivation programs to enhance employee productivity.
  • Directly lead the team in key projects, accompanying staff in client consulting and customer development activities.

3. Market and Key Account Development

  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing strategic clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Seek and explore new business opportunities; expand the customer network across key industries such as Oil & Gas, Automotive, Steel Structures, Shipbuilding, Boilers, Mechanical Fabrication, and Precision Machining.
  • Directly participate in negotiations, discussions, and closing of high-value contracts and projects.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

4. Operations Management and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze business metrics and the operational performance of the branch.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports regarding revenue, market conditions, customers, sales forecasts, and development plans.
  • Provide strategic insights, assessments, and recommendations to support the Board of Management in decision-making.
Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Automation, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in B2B sales or project sales within industrial equipment, mechanical engineering, metal cutting & welding, or related technical industries.
  • Minimum of 02 years in a Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, or equivalent management position.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience managing technical sales teams and industrial market development.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Deep understanding of the industrial equipment market, particularly metal welding and cutting solutions and machinery.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and talent development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with solid data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to read and comprehend English technical documents; good English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM/ERP software.

Working Time & Work Location
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, alternating Saturdays.
