1. Product delivered does not match the order. Do you think the product delivered to you does not match the order? Please contact us as soon as possible, our system will check if your item was sent incorrectly. In that case, we will replace it with the correct item you requested (when available).
2. Purchased product but not satisfied. Buyers can exchange for another product if not satisfied within 3 days from the date of receiving the goods; we will exchange the product for the customer. 5. Conditions regarding the product:
   • Goods must have all parts, with no signs of excessive use or damage.
   • Must include all accompanying documents (purchase invoice, warranty card, product stamp…) and included accessories, gifts (if any).
   • The customer bears the shipping costs for exchanging or returning goods.
   • If the above conditions are not met, the right to decide on the exchange or return belongs to HOA THINH.
